What can I expect from the SIARR Black Friday event?

We experience high volume of users during the Black Friday event which can cause slower loading times. We ask that you stay patient when shopping. We also advise to clear cache and use incognito mode for better results.
Can I return or exchange Black Friday Items?

Returns are only eligible on full priced items however should you change your mind or the size is not right we offer exchanges or a credit note which will be valid for 6 months on future purchases.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments once an order is placed, this includes size, product and also shipping address. We ask that you carefully review your order before checking out.
I got an error during checkout - did my order go through?

You will receive an order confirmation email if your order was successful, please check your junk/spam folder. If you did not receive one, your order likely didn't process. You can email the team on support@siarr.co.uk to have it confirmed.
Why was my size available but now sold out at checkout?

Items are not reserved in your cart. Inventory is only secured once payment is completed.
